We offer a 2-year warranty.
Has your chain broken? Is a pendant damaged? We're here for you! All pieces from Ohcascas Amsterdam are guaranteed for 2 years. Our full warranty offers you the opportunity for a free one-time repair or replacement of the piece during this period. We do this because we believe in the quality of our products.
Important to know: Our 2-year warranty only covers accidental damage. If your piece is lost, stolen, or damaged by a third party, we unfortunately cannot compensate for this.

What is the return policy of OHCASCAS AMSTERDAM?
You can return items within 14 days of receipt at your own expense. The item must be in undamaged condition, unworn and with the tag unopened.
What is the process for returning an item?
Send an email to info@ohcascas-amsterdam.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will send you our returns form, complete it and send your package to the carrier of your choice within 14 days.
What is the return policy for promotional items?
If you purchased an item during the 2 + 1 promotion and would like to return one, you will need to return two items instead to qualify for a refund. This policy applies to promotional items and ensures fair treatment of returns within promotions.
