All Ohcascas Amsterdam pieces are guaranteed for two years. Our full warranty includes a free one-time repair or replacement of the piece during this period. We offer this because we believe in the quality of our products.
Important to know: Our 2-year warranty only covers accidental damage. If your item is lost, stolen, or damaged by a third party, we unfortunately cannot reimburse you.
An account with OHCASCAS AMSTERDAM not only makes ordering easier and more efficient, but also more affordable. Your address details are filled in automatically, and all your orders can easily be found in the same place.
In addition, your VIP points are automatically tracked, so you benefit from exclusive benefits with every purchase.
Dispatch
OHCASCAS AMSTERDAM accepts various payment methods to provide you with a smooth shopping experience. We currently support payments via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, KLARNA and PayPal.

Netherlands: Ordered before 5:00 PM, delivered the next day.
- Germany/Belgium: Delivery time 1-2 working days.
- France/Spain/Portugal: Delivery time 2-3 working days.
- Denmark/Norway/Sweden/Austria: Delivery time 2-3 working days.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a track & trace code for tracking your order.
Unfortunately, due to fast delivery and processing, it is not possible to cancel ordered items.
Returns
You can return items within 14 days of receipt at your own expense. The item must be in undamaged condition, unworn and with the tag unopened.
Send an email to ohcascasamsterdam@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We'll send you our returns form. Please complete it and send your package to the carrier of your choice within 14 days.
If you purchased an item during the 2 + 1 promotion and would like to return one, you will need to return two items instead to qualify for a refund. This policy applies to promotional items and ensures fair treatment of returns within promotions.
