You will receive an email as soon as your order has left our warehouse. In this email you will find a track & trace code with which you can follow your order until receipt.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

If you enter an incorrect address during checkout, please note that address correction or reshipping fees will be your responsibility. Double-check your shipping information to ensure accurate delivery.

Satisfaction guarantee

At OHCASCAS Amsterdam we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt, according to the terms below.

Terms and Conditions for Returns

You can return an item if it meets the following conditions:

  • The item is in undamaged condition.
  • The item has not been worn and/or unused.
  • The label has not been opened.


How to Return

Follow these steps to return or exchange your item(s):

  1. Send an email to info@ohcascas-amsterdam.com with your order number and the details of the items you want to return or exchange (and what you want instead).
  2. You will receive a returns form from us.
  3. Complete the returns form and clearly indicate which items you are returning and whether you want an exchange or refund.
  4. Deliver your package to the carrier of your choice within 14 days of receipt.


Processing of Returns

After receiving your return shipment in our warehouse, we will process it within 10 working days. You will be kept informed of the status by email.


Cost

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility and will not be refunded.
  • Should any item be damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately for a quick resolution: we will offer a replacement or refund.


Special Return Policy for Promotions

With a promotion such as "buy 2 get the 3rd free", you must always return two products to qualify for a refund on one product. Returning only one product will not result in a refund.


Liability

OHCASCAS Amsterdam is not responsible for lost or damaged goods during return transport. We recommend that you use a shipping method with tracking and/or insurance to guarantee the arrival of your return.
